Wellbeing Wednesday | via Teams

  • Take a look at your study life as a whole. What goes well, and what might be improved, to enhance your wellbeing as a student?

How are you, the student behind your studies? There are many factors that can influence your studies, such as: stress, digital (co-)working, daily habits, day and night rhythm, loneliness, planning and procrastination, mindfulness, goals and values.

Do you want to reflect and look ahead which factors you can change?
