Wellbeing Wednesday | via Teams

Take a look at your study life as a whole. What goes well, and what might be improved, to enhance your wellbeing as a student?

How are you, the student behind your studies? There are many factors that can influence your studies, such as: stress, digital (co-)working, daily habits, day and night rhythm, loneliness, planning and procrastination, mindfulness, goals and values.

Do you want to reflect and look ahead which factors you can change?

Book an appointment for 'Wellbeing Wednesday'.

We are happy to brainstorm with you about – small or larger – steps you can take to positively influence your studies.

Appointment 'studying with support needs' | via Teams

Discuss what extra support you might need because of a (physical a/o mental) functional impairment.

Do you have a specific need for support during your studies because of for example AD(H)D, dyslexia, a (temporary) physical impairment, chronic illness, or mental complaints? If you would like to explore possible options with us, we recommend you to make a reservation for an ‘appointment studying with support needs'.

We like to think along with you which support is fitting for you. Information about studying with support needs (functional impairment) and applying for exam provisions, can be found here.
